As the country wakes this morning to see what damage Storm Emma has done, we find that the Government have lifted the stay indoors warning. Extreme caution is still to be taken as there are still weather warnings in place until this evening.
A snow and ice red weather warning is in place for Munster, Leinster and Galway until 6pm this evening while there is an orange weather warning valid for the rest of the country. You can find all public transport updates below.
UPDATE: Blizzard conditions have now passed and the public saftey advice to stay indoors is now withdrawn.
