I'll have all the cocktails please
Thankfully, there won't be too long a wait because, come October, the Irish Cocktail Festival will be in full flow.
For the second year running, the Cocktail Festival will take place across Ireland, from Monday, October 9 right up to Saturday, 14 October.
Billed as 'an all Ireland celebration of cocktails made with Irish spirits,' there will be a closing party on the Saturday, at Eastside Tavern on Leeson Street, Dublin 2 from 6 to 9 pm.
Tickets for the party are already on sale and can be purchased here. Those who are excited to get into the party spirit can sample a whole range of spirits and indulge in a complimentary Irish cocktail from a special menu.

The winning venue will be lauded for having the best Irish Cocktail in Ireland which is a golden notch on any bar stool. Last year, Davy Mac's in Waterford, took home the nod with their "Apple Market" cocktail made with Gunpowder Irish Gin.
All bars, hotels or restaurants in Ireland and the North are free to enter and take part in the celebrations. Once they have a love for supporting Irish drink products and can showcase a cocktail made with an official Irish brand for the duration of the festival in their venue, they are good to go. Registration is free and can be accessed here.
We can't wait!
