Better watch out guys, Met Éireann have announced a thunder warning for today, in their latest Irish weather forecast.
The widespread activity is expected to hit this afternoon and evening with a status yellow warning for heavy rain and thundery showers in Connacht, Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal. Met.ie say:
Some very heavy or thundery downpours are likely at times on Tuesday, mainly in parts of Connacht and Ulster with local spot flooding.
While this week has felt like late November at times, the outlook for the weekend isn't nearly as bad. Tomorrow will clear up considerably, with just scattered showers expected, while the weekend is predicted to be much drier. Praise the Lord!
