Ah kids these days, we can hardly understand 'em. That's probably what the Police Service of Northern Ireland thought when they posted a list of sext codes that teens use. Honestly, this PSNI sexting guide for parents with make you cry laughing, instead of actually understanding WTF kids are saying.
They seem to have fudged it up a bit too: a lot of these so-called "secret texting codes" are from America and aren't relevant. Regardless, it's still gas to see that HAK (hugs and kisses) is considered risque, and that they cracked the code on the peach and eggplant emojis. Word is NASA had to get involved with that nek-level shit.
The 1,000+ comments are definitely the best part of this post to the PSNI Newry & Mourne Facebook page:
"This is so cringey"
"Fairly sure most of these were invented by someone with a very vivid imagination. Teenagers in work are laughing at the list though so great entertainment at least!"
"I sent these to Donald Trump as his tweets are getting too long"
"You's lot are a bunch of ???? a mean honestly I've never heard so much ?? you's need to take yer ? out yer ?'s and do some real work ????"
And a dad tell his daughter he understands her finally:
Dad: now I know what you're saying!! ??????Daughter: I've never heard of half of theseGlad you feel young tho xx
