It's not good news...
Today Ireland woke up to the damaged caused by storm Ophelia and just as everyone tries to get back into the swing of things, it has been revealed another storm is set to hit Ireland this weekend.
Just after 6 am this morning TV3 weatherman Deric Ó hArtagáin revealed the news in a tweet.
BREAKING: This is not good news. Currently developing for Friday/Sat. Similiar low pressure intensity as #Ophelia This is #StormBrian. pic.twitter.com/z0cjJKSe0T

The storm is set to hit Irish shores on Friday or Saturday and has the same low-pressure intensity as Ophelia - oh dear. Once again, Wind speeds are set to reach the 100 km/h mark across the South and West coast of Ireland.
It could be closer to the end of the week before we have a clear picture of what to expect from the storm and before an alert is released.
