After an amazing turnout last year, Ireland's biggest, and first, colour run is back! The Rainbow Run involves participants of all abilities and ages being doused from head to toe with coloured powder paint while they run, jog or walk our running route on Dún Laoghaire west pier. What's not to love?
The Rainbow Run is entirely focused on FUN so there is no competitive atmosphere, no recorded times and no age restrictions, all that matters is that you enjoy yourself and finish covered in loads of colour! You can be an Olympic athlete or someone entering a run for the first time in your life, it really doesn’t matter at all. The real winner on the day is the person who has the most fun!
So what do you need to know? The run will be on Saturday, 25th June at 10am and 3pm. Remember to try and wear as much white as possible so you'll cross the finish line like a colourful, running rainbow!
There's also going to be entertainment on the day with Spring Break playing at the 10am event. They'll be blasting out all the cheesy classics when crossing the finish line!
