Sadly, this year, I'm not going anywhere as remotely interesting as Canada but for those of you who are, you're in for a treat! To celebrate Canada's 150th birthday you can now get cheap Canadian railway tickets with VIA Rail. The whole month of July you can travel for $150 around Canada.
There's only one catch - the pass is for youth travellers. You have to be between the ages of 12 and 25 to qualify for the promotion. The pass is only for economy class travel but you can get from Ontario to British Columbia and so many other destinations!
