Summer vacation is over and the best albums are about to be released for the Autumn market when people need that boost the most. This September there are a fine selection of records you would want to keep your eye out for and seeing as HMV reopens on Henry Street this Friday, it should be as easy as pie! Here are just some of the big albums being hyped:
Arctic Monkeys- AM (Sep 9th)
Undoubtedly their most anticipated since 2007's Favourite Worst Nightmare, the band's fifth LP sees them heading in a slightly hip-hop influenced direction. Like their last two albums, it is unfortunately burdened with one sound that runs throughout but it is an interesting sound, which boasts new directions with the likes of "Do I Wanna Know?," "Mad Sounds" and "Snap Out Of It."
Avicii- True (Sep 13th)
It's his debut album and given his reputation thus far with tracks like 'Levels' and "Wake Me Up," it'll be another highly anticipated affair. It will surprise many that this is actually his first album since he's been making music for five years now but rest assured, fans will be pleased to see how he performs in a collective.

Kings of Leon- Mechanical Bull (Sep 24th)
They have perhaps dwindled in popularity but the band, now ten years on from their first album, is ready to get back. After their last manic tour, they have been on the down low and once again, they seem to be addressing their roots with tracks like "Supersoaker."

Justin Timberlake- The 20/20 Experience Part 2 (Sep 27th)
Sequel albums are becomin more of a trend. Eminem has one in November and hip-hop acts are constantly working on the same title (like Jay Z). "Take Back The Night" has already been released and while it is no "Mirrors," there will surely be some surprises on JT's second album of the year.
Dizzee Rascal- The Fifth (Sep 30th)
"Goin' Crazy" has already been released, featuring Robbie Williams. The rapper has been moving in a distinctively more pop-oriented sound and he does not deny that with his first album in four years. It's been ten years since his first release and whether fans will be pleased with this one depends on how far he takes this new sound. After all, Will.i.am features...
Those are just a few of many big albums. Nine Inch Nails, The Manic Street Preachers, Sean Kingston and Jessie J will also be releasing new material...
