So February 14th is fast approaching and many of us will be spending the romantic occasion alone again like Ralph.
But not to worry, I've put together ten reasons why being single on Valentines Day has its advantages..
1. Who needs love when you have food?
Food will be there for you through thick and thin and never let you down. Food also wont lie, annoy, or make you watch football with them. It's a win win.

2. You can't beat a girls night out.
Instead of making small talk with your boyfriend's friends and getting into petty arguments you can just enjoy a girly night out with your friends.

Who needs someone to cuddle and watch movies with anyways eugh.
4. Boys buy bad presents.
You don't have to worry about being disappointed when after you put in so much time,thought and MONEY on his present he gets you a card from Tescos and a teddy he stole from his little sisters bedroom.
5. You don't have to buy a present.

Who wants to trail around shops when you're not buying anything for yourself? No thanks.
6. Valentines day is overrated.
Its a commercial holiday invented by hallmark and is over exaggerated in movies. No one gets a teddy this big..
7. Boys are confusing as hell.

8. The day after Valentine's all the chocolate will be on sale.
