Can be used to emphasise pretty much anything. That fucking muffin was fucking delicious I hope to fuck we get more of the fuckers soon.

Fucker can mean a wide variety of things. An arsehole can be a fucker, or if you're a bit brazen you might be referred to as a cheeky fucker.

Fuck in it's purest form works as both a noun and a verb. Fuck me is a great term of surprise, fuck you is a straightforward rebuttal of anyone's argument.
