Game Of Thrones is over, and we have to accept it. There may be spin-offs to come, but we'll have to wait a few years. For now, we need to find other stuff to fill our quota of TV goodness, and Netflix will deliver that very soon. Season 3 of Stranger Things is set to drop on July 4.
Netflix have been releasing cryptic teasers, along with a full length trailer that has been out since March 20. The new teaser shows bully Billy, he of the fetching mullet, who has gotten work as a lifeguard. The emphasis on the pool probably means it's going to be an important location in the season to come. Billy takes time away from impressing the mothers of Hawkins to remind us that he has quite the temper.
This is the second similar teaser Netflix have released. The first was an advert for a newly opened shopping mall, complete with an appearance from everyone's fave Steve, beautiful hair covered sadly. The new shopping mall makes an appearance in the full trailer too. Another place likely to be significant.
There is a definite cheerful vibe to the teasers, but that goes missing pretty quickly in the full length trailer. We see all the gang back, and some fairly threatening looking creatures from the Upside Down.

There's a lot to look forward to here. Hopefully, Stranger Things can follow on from its improvements in season 2 to give us a quality season. There was also a selection of character posters released.
This should be a whole lot of nostalgic fun.
