Mass. Does anyone still go? Maybe not as much as they used to, but still it's hard to look back at all those Sundays spent as a kid bored out of your tree after another tedious sermon and not get a little misty eyed.
There were some highlights: Getting to stretch the legs for communion, scratching your name in the pews, catching your friend's eye from across the church.
But perhaps the most exciting part of mass, at least for the musically inclined, was the opportunity to give the auld pipes a good going, belting out a few hymns for the big JC in the clouds.
Which got us here at College Times thinking, what is the greatest mass tune of all time? So we've compiled a list and we need you to vote so we can discover once and for all: What is the greatest Mass song of the modern era?
N.B. We've left out Christmas hymns because we feel that they are their own separate sub genre of hymn and probably deserve their own list.
