Who knew this Samuel L. Jackson Ireland compliment would be such a big deal? The famous actor has said he loves walking across the Ha'penny bridge and heading to the Woollen Mills on Liffey Street. Jackson was over here promoting his new film, 'Kong: Skull Island' and was very complimentary of our small island.
Talking to the Independent, the actor praised the Emerald Isle saying, 'It's beautiful' and 'I like the spirit of the Irish people.' However this isn't Jackson's first trip to Ireland, as he revealed that he used to come to Dublin Theatre Festival as a young actor in New York City, 'It seemed like I was always in a play that they wanted to have at the festival so I had the chance to do that too.'
Well, if Samuel L. Jackson said it, it must be true right?
