If anyone is waiting on social welfare payment on Friday then it will be available in your local post office from tomorrow due to the inclement weather.
The Beast from the East has disrupted many services already today but with blizzard conditions and a Status Red alert issued for Munster and Leinster tomorrow, the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection has announced that payments due on Friday have been brought forward.

However given the weather forecast, one would imagine that this will only be available until 2pm tomorrow. The department also point out in their statement that some post offices may not be able to open at all.
If you aren't to get tomorrow then - weather permitting - those payments will still be available Friday, Saturday and next week.
You can check the status of your local post office on anpost.ie where they will issue updates if there are any closures.
